SALES REPRESENTATIVES- KL

Immediate

​Job Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid persuasion to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to customer leads

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  • Continuously improve through feedback 

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate with a BA degree or proven min. 2 years of work experience as a sales representative

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM

  • Highly motivated and target driven 

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • Able to speak fluent English and Malay

  • Owned a car

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- KL & KLUANG

Immediate

  • Daily pick up phone calls and check emails

  • Response to customers enquiries through calls, messages, and emails.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.​

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or equivalent

  • Able to multitask

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Can speak fluent English and Malay

  • Good time management skill and organized skill
